What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed from the web site through the email link you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, which will include an online order confirmation number. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. If order is placed after 3:00 PM EST your order confirmation will be processed at 9:00 AM EST the following day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by Tammy’s Basket Creations Customer Service. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Tammy’s Basket Creations receives your order. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at (401) 688-0712 or Customer Service to ensure that your order is being processed.

Can I change the delivery address?

We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped or is not on its way to being shipped. When making changes, please e-mail Customer Service. Please include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

Can I change the date of my order's delivery?

If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change please e-mail Customer Service and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. There will be a $5.00 cancellation fee charged per basket. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a delivery date in the future, you can call us at (401) 688-0712 or contact Customer Service to request a cancellation.

Guarantee:

All products ordered from Tammy's Basket Creations are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a full refund or credit. Please contact our Customer Service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Returns:

Perishable, personal and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our Customer Service department for our product return mailing address. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Substitution Policy:

In order to get your delivery there on time, we follow these important steps.

If we are out of a particular product, i.e. a specific basket, plush, vase, etc., our basketeers may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

We select the most creative basketeers to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The look and feel of our products featured will remain the same, with our basketeers paying careful attention to overall shape, size and style combinations.

Items containing chocolate that are shipped between May and October will be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.

Delivery:

We ship most in stock items within 72 hours. You should receive your order via FedEx in approximately 5 to 8 business days from shipment date.Click here to check Shipping Information.
